The Challenge


East Coast Paddle Sports opened their doors in 2014 to all the water lovers out there. They specialize in paddle board and kayak rentals as well as tours, yoga, and lessons. With a lot of competition in the region, they needed to hit the ground running with some fresh marketing that would help them stand out from the crowd.

Our first task was to create some buzz around the business with a video. So we created something to invoke emotion. Water is such an integral part of our life. We drink it, wash with it, so it only makes sense that when we play in it we feel at home. That's the message in this promo video.

Website

The company also needed a responsive website that functioned on all platforms. The website is essential to running the business. It's where they book rentals, make announcements, and share blog posts, so we constantly monitor it to make sure its open for business 24/7/365.

Social

We launched highly targeted campaigns on Facebook and YouTube. The ads targeted people whose interests aligned with those of the companies. We also utilized Groupon and advertised deals for the opening of the business.

The Facebook and YouTube ads drove an incredible amount of traffic to the website. The ads were seen by over 60,000 people in just 3 weeks leading up to the opening of the business. With the combination of the online campaign and the Groupon deals, they were booked pretty steadily throughout their first summer of business. Now, in 2016, they are still seeing steady growth and even decided to open up a second location.
